There is much land surrounding the hotel and only a little needs to go to parking. A gated garden area will be added to the south of the transitional housing facility for interns to relax in. Parking is going to eventually include electric charging stations for both golf carts and regular electric vehicles. A concept community program being discussed is to create an electric golf cart trail that will begin at our transitional housing facility and go all the way to Jefferson State Community College, providing our interns with a great way to travel to and from classes, employment, and other activities occurring outside our facility.
